A lovely coffee from the Guji region of Ethiopia. Fruity notes are obvious, but not overpowering in the cup. Incredibly floral, sweet, and fragrant. Floral aromatics are reminiscent of jasmine which gives this coffee a tea-like quality. Makes a lovely pour-over.
