A washed process, certified direct trade coffee sourced from multiple small farms in Jerico, Antioquia, Colombia. Each lot is cupped meticulously to find the perfect balanced cup that best represents Antioquia. This area is home to Colombia's only canonized saint, Madre Laura, whom the coffee is named after. The Patroness comes from Jerico, Antioquia, a small Catholic town who maintains a rich coffee culture, producing some of the country's best coffees despite limited access to resources. This unique blend has a very clean cup with a juicy mouth feel reminiscent of red apple.
